put some honey on the spot, leave it for about 10-15 minutes and then wash it off. You should do this everyday n you’ll see it’ll get better. Good Luck :)

    quite ignorant that …
quite ignorant that you say that… hormonal imbalance has nothing to do with just puberty… if that were the case, women wouldnt have menopause, poly-cystic ovaries and thyroid problems which can happen in men as well… FYI the thyroid and androgens are linked directly to hormones, so anyone at any age is susceptible to hormonal changes and at any age. This is why America is known as the fastest and now dumbest country in the world… thank you for your contribution.

    wow I sense some …
wow I sense some strong and rude comments..my point was not to say that the only time you have hormone fluctuations is when your in puberty. The thyroid is absolutely linked with hormonal imbalances. Guess what causes the thyroid to become unbalanced..poor diets, especially sugar. So yea, my theory is still the same. Acne is curable with diet changes (and a few other things) If you’d like the 7 pages I devot to why women break out during “their times” I could always send you my book..thanks.

    Coconut oil seems …
Coconut oil seems to be great as a food supplement, so eating it and cooking it can do wonders. I don’t like it applied externally though, I think it’s too harsh. It can however be great in your hair!

    Thank you so much …
Thank you so much for your tips, I have been having cystic acne for a long time and will definately try some of your suggestions outlined in your video. I have switched to coconut oil for my cooking, and apply fresh lemon juice on my face. this has seemed to help although it could just be fluke i dont have much acne at the moment as i havent been on this regime for long. do you know is coconut oil is a good idea? so much hype of it right now, although it has so much saturated fat!

It seems like all of the “natural” care tips that I have been seeing all over the place (even in the mainstream) are just repeating all of the things that Kevin Trudeau and Dr. Hulda Clark have been saying all along. The only thing is, Kevin and her got a lot of crap for it. They were even called “quacks”.

No! Applying rubbing alcohol won’t get rid of your acne.. it might make it worse! It’s WAY to strong to apply to the sensitive skin on your face.

    Not really, it’s …
Not really, it’s the same disease. In fact, an acne lesion on a teenage boy is the physiological duplicate of that on a premenstrual woman. Both are the result of overly active oil (sebaceous) gland triggered by androgen hormones. The only real difference is where the breakouts occur. For adolescents, acne is common on the forehead, nose, cheeks and chin, whereas for women it occurs in the perioral area around the mouth, chin and jaw line.
